New Portfolio Page

I added a new page on top to document my Dividend Investing journey. It is My Portfolio. Please check it out and let me know what you think! It’s a work in progress and I will be expanding on it with charts and graphs (#SpreadsheetGeek). Thanks to Ryan over at My Dividend Growth for putting together a tutorial on how to make a google spreadsheet to track a watchlist.

Let me know what you thing and if you have any suggestions. I greatly appreciate it!

I started this blog with the thoughts of documenting my debt reduction and running journey. I think it is slowly evolving to also document investing and saving. So just like what my tagline reads, this blog going to be focusing on Finances, Fitness, and Fatherhood.

Thanks for Running With Me!

Great looking portfolio. You have only quality names and I’m happy to see you are not simply chasing yield and buying MLPs or high yield REITs. We have quite a few names in common. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks DH! I am constantly learning and reading DGI blogs like yours has given me great insight on building my portfolio to add quality growth companies and not just high yielding stocks. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, and I’m happy to be a fellow shareholder in the same companies!

      Cheers!

That’s a great bunch of stocks you’ve got there. They’re all really solid names that I am sure will be great for the long run (ha, no pun intended).

    Cheers

Hey Ron. Nice mix of companies for your portfolio. Keep it up and never ever underestimate the days of small beginnings. If you can’t manage and invest small amounts, how will you ever manage a big account. It’s all relative. I wish you the best. You’ll be fine. You push yourself to the limit in running. You’ll do the same with this investing journey. Here’s to happiness and health my friend. Much love Tyler.

Hi Tyler, Thanks for stopping by and leaving this comment! I really appreciate these words of advice. I know I am a long way from making a significant impact on my financials, but you are right in that we all start somewhere. Planting the seeds today will grow and bear wonderful fruit for me and my family in the future! Just like when I run half-marathons, it is all a mental game.

Thanks for stopping by! I love what you are doing at your blog. you give all of us inspiration to work hard and reap the benefits!

      Cheers!
